Enxhi Popa

Enxhi is the co-founder and CEO of Blume, a financial empowerment startup dedicated to expanding access to financial tools for underserved communities. Born in Albania and immigrating to the US at age 13, Enxhi's personal journey navigating financial challenges as a first-generation immigrant fuels her passion for financial inclusion. Prior to founding Blume, she led strategic projects at Google and helped scale Compass. Enxhi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Tufts University.
