Emily Levin

Emily Levin is the Co-Founder of Axcces, an end-to-end proptech platform transforming access to affordable housing through technology and human-centered design. A licensed social worker with over a decade of experience, Emily has worked across New York City’s housing ecosystem, from supporting formerly homeless individuals in permanent housing to managing large-scale housing programs across public and nonprofit sectors. Her firsthand experience navigating broken systems alongside vulnerable populations fueled her commitment to structural change. With Axcces, she’s leveraging technology to simplify the housing application process, eliminate barriers, and help more people find and keep stable homes. Emily is a proud member of the 2025 Robin Hood Catalyst cohort, building scalable solutions to fight poverty through housing.
